SPa SERVICES
- Robes, slippers and towels are provided for your convenience
- Lockers are provided for storage
- Please wear comfortable clothing
- Gift Certificates always available (can be mailed, faxed or emailed)
- Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash but may be transferred or used for products.
- Gift Certificates are great gifts for Birthdays, Mother's and Father's Day, Christmas, Hanukah, Valentine's Day, Secretary's Day, or just because!
- Please give 48 hours notice for cancellations of spa packages and 24 hours notice for any other service so we may accommodate another guest in your place and to avoid a possible cancellation fee of 50%.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late services will be compromised.
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to all packages to ensure your day starts on time
- Refreshments always served in our lounge.
- Although we love children, due to insurance reasons and courtesy towards other guests, we cannot accommodate them.
- All of our Technicians are New York State Licensed.
- Any health issues should be discussed with the therapist before any treatment is performed.
- All medical conditions should be discussed with your physician before any service is received.
- All Packages include catered spa lunch
- If not receiving a package but would like a catered spa lunch, one can be provided for you for $10.00. Please order when scheduling services. Also specify if you are a vegetarian.
- Limousine or car service can be provided. Prices vary.
- Accommodations at Local Bed and Breakfasts can be provided for you. Inquire with receptionist.
